- September 30, 2010 - With the approval of a "Conduct of Meetings" policy in last night's (September 29, 2010) Board meeting, the BOD has finished work on the eight policies required of all HOA's by Colorado state law under Senate bills 100/89. The most recently approved policies have been added to the site, and the complete set of Board-approved policies is posted on the Governance Documents page.
